Patrick John Flueger who starred in the cult classic sci-fi series The 4400 has taken on a guest star role in The CW’s reboot of the series.
The actor, who starred in the original USA Network show as Shawn Farrell, will play Caleb a charismatic figure from one of the 4400’s past.
In the original series, Shawn Farrell was a returnee who disappeared on 22 April 2001. He was one of the first to develop abilities and became the vice president of the 4400 centre alongside fellow 4400 prophet Jordan Collier.
Also set to return to the sci-fi series is original series co-creator Scott Peters, who will direct episode 112, in which Flueger will appear. Peters received two Emmy nominations for the original The 4400, one for writing and one for producing.
4400 airs on CW on Mondays and can be streamed online for free. International viewers may need a VPN to watch.
