#31WriteNow blog challenge

The great thing about the Internet is that you can always find something or someone to give you a boost when your spirits are flagging.

I’ve set myself the task of getting this site back up to speed and I’ve had some good days and some bad days. To make sure I stay on track I’ve decided to take Awesomely Luvvie’s 31-day blog challenge. Her rules are pretty simple:

• Put up a new post on your blog at least once a day for the next 31 days
• The posts can be written in advance (it doesn’t count as cheating if you schedule some)
• Use the hashtag #31WriteNow when you tweet the link to your posts

This is the just the boost I needed. I’ve got over 200 pages from the backup of my old site to go through and some days it feels daunting but If I can go through at least one page per day for the next month and add them here as new posts, then I will have completed the challenge and achieved something.

Not only that it will remind me to jump on Twitter and socialise for a bit, something I forget to do most days.
