Lost – The End

28 May, 2010 by PashaO

Okay. I finally watched the Lost The End, series finale. I was a bit pissed at myself for not waking up at 5am and watching it with the rest of the world but, I’m over it. I’ve moved on.

Unlike others I actually did understand the ending, and I do know that Christian did not say that everyone died on the original flight. I can’t believe that people watched this and got angry as they assumed that the ending meant that the losties had all died in season one, episode one. I have to wonder if these people were watching the same show.

There is so much anger out there right now, it’s amazing. The ending has polarised the fan base as so many loved it and so many hated it. Me? I was okay with it. For me a series isn’t all about the ending, the journey is the thing. Lost was quite a ride.

Who really believed that all those questions would be answered? After watching Across the Sea (episode 15), I realised that as far as answers go, this is as good as it gets. Damon and Carlton ended the show on their terms, a lot of the time that’s all a fan can ask for.
