In Ghost Ship, a salvage crew that discovers a long-lost 1962 Italian passenger ship floating lifeless in a remote region of the Bering Sea soon notices, as they try to tow it back to land, that “strange things” happen. The crew become trapped onboard the ship and have to fight for their lives.
I loved the first fourty minutes of this film. The begining was awesome in a “shock, horror, wet your knickers” sort of way. I wasn’t too pleased with the reason behind why the ship was what it was but it was the first horror movie I’d watched in many years so I got my cheap chills.
Karl Urban (Cupid from Xena and Hercules) plays Munder a member of the salvage crew. He has a memorable scene to do with food. I won’t spoil you.
This movie is worth a watch.
